An AI marketing agency for getting found on Google and in AI answers
An AI marketing agency uses AI to research, produce, and test marketing faster, and makes sure your business shows up where buyers now look: Google results, your Google Business Profile, and the answers in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude. NextGen Code is that agency for small and mid-sized businesses that want marketing tied to leads and revenue, not reports full of impressions.
This is for you if…
- Competitors with worse service outrank you on Google and show up in the map results when you don't.
- You asked ChatGPT or Perplexity to recommend a business like yours, and yours wasn't mentioned.
- You publish content, or pay someone to, but it doesn't rank and doesn't bring in leads.
- Leads come in, but follow-up depends on someone remembering to call, text, or email.
- Your agency reports clicks and impressions, and you can't connect any of it to revenue.
- Your Google and Meta ads still run the same few creatives you launched months ago.
Overview
SEO, local search, AI answers, email, SMS, and ads, produced faster with AI and measured in leads and sales.
We're SEO-first because search compounds: a page that earns rankings and citations keeps bringing in customers long after it's published. AI lets us move faster on research, briefs, drafts, and ad variations, while human editors make sure every page is accurate, sounds like you, and says something worth citing. We also handle the technical side, from site speed and structured data to making sure AI crawlers can actually reach your pages.
Then we close the loop. Email and SMS automations follow up on every lead, conversion tests improve the pages that matter, and GA4, Search Console, and your CRM show which channels produce revenue. For Justin Starling Music, we optimized the artist's SEO on Google, used Facebook Pixel to support his social media marketing, and built a fan text-alert system alongside his website and Shopify merch store.
What you get
Deliverables, not decks.
- 01
SEO strategy and keyword map
A prioritized map of the searches your buyers make, with one target page per keyword so your pages don't compete with each other, and a publishing plan built around services, locations, and buyer questions.
- 02
Technical and local SEO
Fixes for speed, indexing, internal links, and structured data (code that tells search engines what a page is about); a fully built Google Business Profile; consistent listings on Apple Maps, Bing, and Yelp; and a review program that follows Google's and the FTC's rules.
- 03
AI search visibility
Generative engine optimization (GEO): a baseline of how ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude describe you, then the content, consistent business facts, and third-party mentions that make you easier to recommend.
- 04
Content produced with AI, edited by people
Service pages, guides, and comparison pages drafted with AI from your team's expertise, interviews, and data, then fact-checked and edited so every piece is accurate, specific, and in your voice.
- 05
Email, SMS, and paid media
Lead follow-up, review request, and win-back automations in tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot, plus structured creative testing for Google and Meta ads with clear rules for picking winners.
- 06
Conversion tracking and attribution
GA4 and Search Console set up properly, server-side conversion tracking through Meta's Conversions API and Google's enhanced conversions, call tracking, and a monthly report that follows leads through to revenue.
How it works
A clear process, start to finish.
- 01Weeks 1–2
Audit and baseline
We audit your site, Business Profile, rankings, AI answers, ads, email, and tracking, and record a baseline for leads, rankings, and revenue by channel.
- 02Week 3
Strategy and 90-day roadmap
We build the keyword map and content plan and rank every task by expected impact and effort, so the first 90 days go to the work most likely to move leads.
- 03Weeks 3–6
Fix the foundations
Tracking, technical fixes, listing cleanup, and lead follow-up automations go live first. They make everything after them work better, and they make results measurable.
- 04Ongoing
Monthly growth sprints
Each month we publish and update content, test ads and landing pages, check AI visibility, and report on leads and revenue, then adjust the plan based on what worked.
What we measure
The numbers this moves.
We baseline these before we start and report against them after launch.
Qualified leads from search
Form fills, calls, and bookings from Google search and your Business Profile, tracked to source in GA4 and your CRM.
Visibility in AI answers
How often ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude mention or cite you for a fixed set of buyer prompts, checked monthly. Measurement here is still young, so we pair it with referral traffic from AI tools.
Cost per lead and per customer
Blended across paid and organic channels, with paid creative tests targeting lower costs over time.
Lead-to-customer conversion rate
The share of leads that become booked jobs, orders, or clients. Example: 200 leads a month at a 20% close rate is 40 customers, and faster follow-up that lifts the rate to 25% adds 10 more without more ad spend.
Revenue by channel
Closed revenue attributed to each channel, so budget follows results instead of impressions.
In practice
What this looks like in a real business.
Local SEO for a multi-location service business
Example: a plumbing company with three Texas locations builds a page for each service in each city, rebuilds its Business Profiles, and texts every customer a review request after the job, so it can compete for the map results in each market.
Getting cited in AI answers
Example: a family law firm finds that ChatGPT and Perplexity cite directory sites and a competitor's FAQ for its key questions. It publishes clear, attorney-reviewed answers, corrects outdated directory listings, and tracks the same prompts every month.
Expert content without errors
Example: an industrial supplier turns its sales engineers' answers to common questions into product guides. AI drafts from recorded interviews, then an editor and an engineer check every claim before anything is published.
Speed-to-lead automation
Example: a roofing company sends an automatic text within minutes of a web form or missed call, books the inspection by text, and follows up by email until the lead books or opts out.
Paid creative testing
Example: an e-commerce brand produces 20 ad variations a month with AI-assisted copy and images, tests them in Meta and Google with set rules for when a test ends, and moves budget to the winners.

FAQ
AI Marketing & SEO: common questions
Still have a question? Ask us directly.
What does an AI marketing agency do differently?
We use AI to get more research, production, and testing out of every dollar, and we optimize for AI answers as well as Google rankings. AI clusters keywords, drafts briefs and first drafts, produces ad variations, and speeds up reporting. People set the strategy, interview your experts, edit and fact-check every page, and protect your brand voice. The result should be more output and more experiments, measured in leads and revenue, without the generic content that erodes trust.
How much do AI marketing and SEO services cost?
Cost depends on how many locations and markets you serve, how competitive your keywords are, how much content you need each month, and which channels are in scope, such as SEO alone or SEO plus email, SMS, and ads. Technical problems on your site, or tracking that needs rebuilding, add setup work. Ad spend is a separate budget from management fees. We quote after a free consultation and an audit of where you stand today.
How long does SEO take to work?
Expect early signals within weeks and meaningful results over several months. Technical fixes, Business Profile improvements, and faster lead follow-up can show up quickly, while new content usually takes months to earn steady rankings, and longer in competitive markets. Be wary of anyone who guarantees rankings; Google's own guidance on hiring an SEO says no one can guarantee a first-place ranking. We report leading indicators monthly, so you can see progress before the revenue arrives.
Can you get our business recommended by ChatGPT and other AI tools?
We can make you much easier to recommend, but no one can guarantee what an AI model says. First we make sure AI search crawlers such as OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot can reach your pages, since some firewall and hosting settings block them. Then we publish clear, quotable answers, keep your business facts consistent across the web, earn reviews and third-party mentions, and track a fixed set of buyer prompts in each AI tool every month.
Will AI-written content hurt our Google rankings?
Not if it's genuinely helpful and accurate. Google's spam policies target pages mass-produced mainly to manipulate rankings, whether a person or a model wrote them, not the use of AI itself. That's why our content starts from your expertise and data, and why an editor fact-checks every page before it's published. Thin, generic pages, AI-written or not, are what both search engines and AI answer tools pass over.
Will you replace our current agency or work alongside them?
Either works. You can move everything to us, or keep an existing ad or social agency and bring us in for SEO, AI search visibility, and tracking. We start by auditing what's in place, so nothing that works gets thrown away, and we share dashboards so everyone sees the same numbers. Scope, term, and how either side can end the engagement are agreed in writing before work starts.
Are AI-powered email and text campaigns legal?
Yes, when consent and authentication are built in, and we build them in. Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook require bulk senders to authenticate with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and Gmail and Yahoo also require one-click unsubscribe. Marketing texts need documented opt-in under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier rules. Since September 1, 2025, Texas's telephone solicitation law also covers marketing texts, which can mean registering with the Texas Secretary of State unless an exemption applies. This isn't legal advice, and we'll coordinate with your attorney.
