Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains how NextGen Code Company (“NextGen Code,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit nextgencode.com (the “site”) or contact us. We keep this short and specific: we collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.
Information you give us
- Contact form. Your name, email address and message, plus anything else you choose to share — company, website, phone number, company size, the services you're interested in, budget range and timeline. We also record the page you contacted us from.
- AI Readiness Assessment. Your answers are stored in your own browser so you can return to your results. They are not sent to us unless you choose to send your results to a consultant, in which case we receive your name, email address, company (if provided), your answers and your scores.
- Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages are useful and how fast they load. They report aggregated data such as page views, referrers, device type and performance metrics, and are designed not to use cookies.
- Google Analytics (if enabled). If we enable Google Analytics, it uses cookies to measure visits and traffic sources. You can block these cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you ask, to schedule and prepare for a consultation.
- To review assessment results you send us and follow up about them.
- To provide, maintain, secure and improve the site and our services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use information you submit through the site to train AI models.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate confidentiality terms:
- website hosting and analytics providers (such as Vercel);
- email delivery and business email providers that route form submissions to our team;
- tools we use to manage client relationships and communication.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and assessment information for as long as it's useful for responding to you and for our business relationship, then delete it or keep only what we're required to retain. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live — including under Texas law — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email hello@nextgencode.com. We'll verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. You can clear assessment answers stored in your browser by using the “Retake” button or clearing your site data.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send highly sensitive information — such as health records, payment card numbers or passwords — through the contact form.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
