Free AI Readiness Assessment
Fifteen quick questions across the five pillars that decide whether AI pays off: strategy, data, processes, people and governance. You'll get a 0–100 readiness score, your tier, your weakest pillars and a prioritized plan — on screen, no email required.
Optional, but it lets us estimate how much time AI and automation could give back to your team.
How scoring works
Each of the 15 questions is scored 0–3. Every pillar becomes a 0–100 score, and your overall score is the average of the five.
0–39
Build the foundations first.
You're early — which is fine, and common. A few low-cost foundations will make every AI investment after them faster, cheaper and safer.
40–59
Ready for targeted pilots.
There's real interest and some groundwork. The risk now is scattered experiments that never ship. Focus on two or three pilots with clear baselines and an owner.
60–79
Ready to scale AI across your workflows.
Your foundations are solid. You're ready to connect AI to your core systems, deploy agents with human review, and measure results across the business.
80–100
Optimize and compound.
You have the strategy, data, processes and guardrails most businesses are still building. The opportunity now is custom AI on your own data and AI built into how you serve customers.
The framework
The same framework we use in our paid AI Opportunity Assessment, condensed into fifteen questions.
01
Clear goals for AI, someone who owns them, and budget to act.
02
Where your data lives, how clean and connected it is, and how quickly you can report on it.
03
How well your workflows are documented, measured and already automated.
04
How your team uses AI today, how they handle change, and the training they've had.
05
Your AI policy, how you protect sensitive data, and how you measure whether AI works.

An AI readiness assessment measures how prepared your business is to adopt AI successfully. Ours scores five pillars — Strategy & Leadership, Data & Systems, Processes & Operations, People & Culture, and Governance & Risk — and turns the results into a prioritized list of what to do next, so you invest in AI in the right order.
Each of the 15 questions is scored from 0 to 3. Each pillar's three answers are converted to a 0–100 score, and your overall score is the average of the five pillars. Scores map to four tiers: Explorer (0–39), Experimenter (40–59), Builder (60–79) and Leader (80–100).
No. Your results appear on screen as soon as you finish, and your answers stay in your browser. If you'd like a consultant to walk through them with you, you can choose to send your results to our team at the end.
It's a rough, transparent estimate: your team size times a 40-hour week times the share of time spent on repetitive work, times an assumption that AI and automation can take on 30–50% of that work. Your real number depends on your workflows, which is exactly what our AI Opportunity Assessment measures.
This free tool takes about five minutes and tells you where you stand. The AI Opportunity Assessment is a two-to-three-week engagement where we interview your team, map your workflows, review your data, baseline your KPIs and deliver an ROI-ranked AI roadmap with payback estimates.
