What is blended learning? Traditionally training has been offered in two formats: live or computer/online. A third option has evolved called a "blended" solution. Blended learning usually takes one of two forms. In the first form, live training is used to launch the program and is then followed up with a series of online classes. The other popular option is to begin with the online training with a set completion date for all participants. The live sessions are then conducted to reinforce and cross-pollinate uses for what has been learned.
