Euthyphro comes up with the differentia: Piety is the part of justice concerned with the "care of" the gods, while the remaining part of justice concerns the "care of men." Socrates says that Euthyphro seems to him "to put that very well," but he still needs "a bit of information." Knowing Socrates, this requirement for "a bit of information" can be ominous indeed.
